• Womens black stretch velvet dress with a zip closure on the back, dress is 100% polyester
• Dress has small gold sparkles throughout the velvet fabric and has thick over the shoulder straps with additional off the shoulder straps that have gold sequin and black fringing
• The front of the dress has a V neckline with gold embroidered art deco along the neckline
• The bottom of the dress has the same gold embroidered art deco and long black fringing
• The costume is complete with a stretch gold sequin headband with large black ostrich feather
