• Dorothy dress is made from non-stretch blue and white gingham print fabric with a fake undershirt made of stretchy white fabric.
• Dress has a ruched neckline, short puff sleeves, white buttons at the front, and a velcro closure at the back.
• Back of the bodice is made of just the plain white stretch fabric.
• At the front of the waist is an attached white apron front with a little felt dog cut-out stuck onto the apron.
